DESCRIPTION:
WW - Tudor Advisor, ref 7966, circa 1966, 34mm x 42mm to lug tips, 19mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back case with an Oyster style retaining ring, brown leather strap, original silvered dial with applied silver indices, 17J, s#553741. A great piece of vintage Rolex history as this is not something typically produced by the brand.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, alarm functions and sets properly, excellent-plus cosmetic mvt condition overall, hardly any oxide to steelwork; fine-plus dial with very light surface spotting; excellent silver hands with red alarm hand; polished case shows medium wear, still retains some of its original factory finishing, substantial dent to bottom right lug, numerous other small dings and dents on lugs and back; mismatched crowns show little wear; good crystal; resealed for auction.
